How to Add Trustpilot Reviews to WordPress Websites

Now, we’re going to guide you through the process of creating, customizing, and embedding Trustpilot review feeds with this plugin.

Step 1: Install the Reviews Feed Pro Plugin

First, grab your copy of the Reviews Feed Pro plugin here. Once you have the plugin, install and activate it on your website.

Now, we’ll create a new Trustpilot review feed using this plugin in the next step.

Step 2: Create a Trustpilot Review Feed

To create a reviews feed, you can follow the plugin’s 3-step guided flow. As the name suggests, it’s a quick and easy process.

From your WodPress dashboard, open the Reviews Feed » All Feeds menu and then hit the Add New button.

After doing that, Reviews Feed Pro asked me to add a source for the feed. If you’re doing this first the first time, the plugin is just asking you to connect your Trustpilot account.

Just click on the Add Source button to continue.

Next, you can choose which platform you’d like to show reviews from.

For now, click on the Trustpilot option and then click on the Next button to proceed.

In step 3, you can finish connecting your Trustpilot account to this feed.

Step 3: Connect Your Trustpilot Account

Before you continue, just open your brand’s Trustpilot page and then copy the URL at the top.

Then return to your website and paste the URL into the popup. To continue, just hit the Next button after that.

For that, hit the Layout button on the left.

Now, you have 3 different layouts to choose from for your Trustpilot reviews.

  • List: Shows your reviews in a single column and make each review clearly visible
  • Masonry: Engage visitors by showing tons of reviews at once in multiple columns

On the popup, click on the Add to a Widget option for now.

Doing that will open your website’s Widgets page where you can add, manage, or remove your widgets.

Here, you can choose between the Sidebar or Footer for your Trustpilot reviews feed.

For instance, we’ve gone with the Sidebar option for this guide.

Next, click on the plus (+) icon at the bottom to add a new widget.

Finally, you can select the Reviews Feed widget from the options.
