On Friday May 24, 2024, the Meta API stopped providing data from a page’s photo page. As such, you will not be able to set up or update a photo feed until Meta has resolved this API issue. We are working on having this resolved as soon as possible, however as we are working with a third-party API we can not provide an estimated time for this issue to be resolved. Once Meta has resolved the issue, your feeds will automatically start updating again. Thank you for your understanding.

Events from a Facebook “Page” are not being displayedIt is only possible to display events from a Facebook “Page” if you are using a “Page Access Token” from your own Facebook developer app. You can not display events from a Page by using a standard source connected with our connection. To set up your own Facebook app and retrieve a token please follow these directions.
Some events are missingIt is only possible to display events from your Facebook page which you are a host of. If you have added an event to your page from someone else’s page and you are not a host of the event then it cannot be displayed. The only solutions for this are to either repost the event as your own, or ask the event owner to add you as a co-host.
The Meta API is currently experiencing issues and the Photos feed type is currently not available. We are monitoring the issue to regain the ability to display a photo feed as quickly as possible. Currently, we suggest using an Album feed to display the photos that are still available in the Facebook API.
If you are experiencing issues with photos or videos not displaying in other feed types, please see our documentation here.
There are a few reasons why this might be happening. Please see this FAQ for the common reasons and potential solutions.
