My issue was browser-based, but the support tech listed it with a few other potential problems it could be (within 24 hours, I must add), just so I wouldn’t have to continually have a back-n-forth email exchange. It’s refreshing to receive that quick of a response — especially when users/clients are relying more heavily on their social media connections during this time of distancing and quarantines due to the pandemic.
