If you’re all right with the default options given to stylize the feed then you should be good to go instantly. If you’re looking to stylize it more you’ll have to be somewhat comfortable with basic css. Thumbnail size and its position are quite tricky to manipulate. Don’t know if the pro version is more user-friendly regarding that aspect.
