My Feed is Not Updating

If your TikTok Feed is not updating as expected, here are a few things for you to consider:

  1. Caching Issues: If you are using a caching plugin or your server has a caching system, it might be showing an outdated version of your feed. Try clearing your site cache and check if the feed updates. You can also adjust the cache timeout settings in your caching plugin.
  2. CRON Jobs: CRON jobs are responsible for checking for new posts and updating your feed. If CRON jobs are disabled on your server, this could prevent updates. You can find a workaround in this documentation.
  3. Pinned posts: The pinned posts do not appear in the TikTok API, so they will not show at the top of your TikTok Feed. If you have pinned posts, please check that your non-pinned latest posts are otherwise showing up in your feed.

If your TikTok Feed is still not updating regularly, please reach out to our support team for further assistance.
