Instagram does not provide profile pictures (avatars) for personal accounts through the API. In order for the plugin to be able to retrieve your profile picture, you would need to upgrade to a business profile connection by completing the steps in the following FAQ: https://smashballoon.com/instagram-business-profiles/.
The other option is to manually set the profile picture by going to Instagram Feed > All Feeds > Feed Settings (pencil icon) > Customize > Header > Use Custom Avatar and click the “Change” button to add the image you would like to use.
