Request Access to or Removal of Your Personal Data

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. This applies to anything you gave Smash Balloon directly: your account, your purchases, and your support requests.

How it works

Send the form below from the email address you used with us.
We may email that address to confirm the request really comes from you. We only act on a request once it is confirmed.
We complete the request within one month and tell you when it is done.

What deletion means

Deleting your personal data closes your Smash Balloon account. You will no longer be able to log in, download your plugins or manage your licenses, and any active subscription needs to be cancelled first. We keep only the purchase records the law requires us to keep for tax and accounting, and nothing else.

Data you gave to someone reselling or repackaging our products is not held by us, so we cannot access or delete it.
