We created this page to address issues and questions which arise when users purchase our products from unauthorized websites or are searching for discount or coupon codes for our products. The following applies to all of our products; The Custom Facebook Feed Pro (WordPress and Standalone), Instagram Feed Pro (WordPress and Standalone), Custom Twitter Feeds Pro, Feeds for YouTube, All Access Bundle, and Social Wall.
1) Are other websites authorized to re-sell your products?
Nope! Unfortunately, any website which is reselling our products is doing so illegally without our consent. Please be aware of any website claiming to be authorized re-sellers of our products, or claiming that they have the right to do so under GPL licensing. Our paid products are not redistributable under GPL. These websites are undermining developers in order to gain a quick profit, and provide no technical support or customer service. We created this FAQ page to help avoid the frustration that users face after purchasing from one of these websites and then needing support and being unable to get it. Once they realize the problem then they are unable to get a refund from the website they purchased from, due to those websites not having a refund policy.
The only legitimate way to purchase our plugins is directly from us on this website. The reason for this is that we want you to have the best experience possible using our products and receiving technical support and ongoing customer care. We genuinely care about our customers and their experience with our products and company, and will always go the extra mile to make sure you’re happy with your purchase and support you receive. We have a 30-day refund policy and always strive to conduct business in an ethical way. Unfortunately, if purchasing our products from another website then you’re unable to enjoy any of these benefits as they don’t provide any support, customer service, or automatic plugin updates, and don’t provide refunds if you’re unhappy with your purchase.
2) Do you have any discount codes, coupons, or promotions?
We occasionally run promotions, usually for Black Friday/Cyber Monday in November. If we have a promotion running then it will be posted on our Facebook Page or within your Smash Balloon user account or within our own site. We don’t provide discount codes to other websites to use, so beware of websites advertising discount codes for our plugins as they will not work.
We do offer a discount if you purchase multiple plugins from us. You can use the Shopping page to easily select multiple plugins.
We also understand that not everyone has the budget for purchasing paid plugins, and so we do occasionally give out small discounts on request. If you’d like to request a discount then please contact us here.
3) Do you offer discounts for non-profits?
Yes. We will usually offer a discount to non-profits. In order to apply for a non-profit discount please contact us here and include your non-profit ID, a link to your website, and your role at the organization.
