To help us troubleshoot the issue you’re having, it is important that you share your System Info this way, we are more likely to be able to provide an accurate solution.
To get the System Info, follow the steps below for the plugin with the issue:
1) Navigate to your WordPress Dashboard > Feed options > click on the Help button in the upper right corner of the page. This takes you to our Support page.
2) Scroll down to the System Info section.
3) Click the Copy button on the right-hand side of the System Info title.
4) Paste the System Info into your support request form, or reply.
If you are experiencing an issue with a specific feed, share the configuration file (JSON) that will allow us to reproduce your setup on our end.
To get this file, find the Export Feed Settings below the System info, select your feed in the dropdown menu and click the “Export” button. This will download a .json file to your computer which you can attach to your reply to our support team.
