As of December 4th, 2024, Instagram is no longer allowing personal Instagram accounts to use it’s API. This means all “personal” accounts will need to reconnect as a “business basic” or “business advanced” account. 1. Choose Between a Business Basic or Business Advanced Connection

2. Convert Your Instagram Personal Profile to a Professional Account
Switching your personal account to a Professional account is required to maintain compatibility with our plugin. You can choose between a Business or Creator account depending on your needs. Both account types work with our plugin.
3. Link Your Instagram Business Profile to a Facebook Page (If Needed)
If you want to unlock hashtag and mention feeds, you will need to link your Instagram Business profile to a Facebook page. This step ensures access to these advanced features through the Facebook Graph API.
