I’m Unable to Update My Connected Account

If you are trying to reconnect your account but the notice to reconnect keeps appearing, the old version of the JavaScript file for the plugin may be cached which will not allow you to connect to the new API.

Try clearing your browser cookies/history and trying again. Switching to a different browser may also work.

You can always update manually using the “Button not working?” link and the tool below the list of your connected accounts.
