The Instagram App for mobile devices allows a single log-in for multiple Instagram accounts. This can cause our plugin to be unable to connect other Instagram accounts that you own. Only the the access token and account information for the first account will be returned.
To work around this, you can use a desktop computer or a device that doesn’t have the Instagram app in order to log in using a browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox). This will allow you to choose which account you log in as and connect the account for that user.
Should you be unable to choose which account to connect, you may need to remove the relevant Instagram account from the single login, so that it can be accessed separately. To do this, please follow the directions provided by Instagram here.
