How to Upgrade your License.
If you are looking to cancel your Smash Balloon automatic renewal, you can do so at any time in the Billing section of your dashboard.
There are feature differences between the license tiers, as well as the number of WordPress sites you can activate the plugin license on. For more information please see our licenses explained documentation here
If you are having a technical issue that is stopping you from enjoying any Smash Balloon product, and you’d like to request a refund due to this, please let us know the issue you are having below. We’ll gladly assist in resolving it for you. You are also welcome to send a technical support request directly in our technical support form
