1) You do not have enough posts in the carousel
In order for the carousel to work properly, you need to have more photos in the feed than the number of columns. So for example, if you wanted a carousel with 5 photos visible at any time in 5 columns, you would need to set the number of photos to be at least 6. A carousel feed can only be one row.
2) Your theme is loading jQuery twice
WordPress loads jQuery version 1.12 by default. If you are using a custom version of jQuery, make sure to dequeue the default script.
