Using this feature allows you to automatically show or hide reviews with certain keywords, or only show reviews with a specific number of stars.
To use this feature, navigate to your WordPress dashboard > Reviews Feed > Feed Settings > Settings tab > Filters.
To only show reviews with a certain number of stars, you can use the check-boxes next to each number of stars; in this example, we want to only show 5-stars reviews.
To show or hide reviews with specific keywords, you can use the option “Only show reviews containing” or “Do not show reviews containing“. In this example, we want to show all reviews with the word “recommended” and hide all reviews with the word “location“.
You can combine the stars-based filter with the word based-filter to control your feed even further.
