Unfortunately Facebook deprecated their Notes API on April 30th 2015, and so it’s no longer possible to display a dedicated feed of your Facebook Notes:

}If your note appears on your timeline when you post it then it will still appear in your timeline feed along with a link to view the note on Facebook, but it is no longer possible to display a dedicated feed of only your notes.
