If you add your Google Place ID to create a new reviews source, but you see the message “Unknown error occurred!”, a common cause for this is the Google listing for your business not having a physical address set. Google’s API requires that your listing has a physical address set in order for the Reviews Feed plugin to be able to retrieve the reviews. If you see this error, you can update your Google listing by setting an address, and afterward, you will be able to use your Place ID to create a feed.
