What is Priority Support?
- Priority Support is like having a VIP pass to a club, it lets you skip the line and puts you at the front of the queue anytime you submit a support request.
- Receive a reply within hours or even minutes of submitting your request if during standard support hours (8am – 5pm CST, Mon-Fri), or during evenings, weekends and holidays whenever possible.
- We will even log into your site for you (either via WordPress or FTP) to help resolve your problem as quickly and painlessly as possible.
- Priority Support is included with any Developer or Smash License.
