The steaks here are massive, the portions for sides and every other dish are ample and ready to share. The prices are all high as well, but Manny’s is a singular dining experience that is likely best reserved for special occasions and best for groups. The NY Strip I had was excellent. I had friends who put down 60-70 oz steaks (or attempted to in one case), but the NY Strip was a more reasonable sized cut. We shared the Loaded Mash (outstanding and lived up to the loaded description) and Asparagus and a salad. For dessert, we shared the Bailey’s Cake.
The only dish that was less memorable was the Asparagus, which was steamed instead of grilled/roasted. Otherwise, the meal was excellent, the dining environment was fun and energetic, and the service was great. We left with leftover mashed potatoes and a one person took home part of his tomahawk steak. I anticipate this is an experience that is best shared with a group of 4+ given the shareable nature of the sides. The wait staff engage the dinner as a unique outing and talk you through the experience.
